Disposable protective gloves naturally need to be disposed of after use, while some other protective gloves require multiple uses, such as cotton gloves, cutting gloves, leather gloves, etc. After purchasing these types of gloves for employees to wear, they need to be cleaned regularly to improve their lifespan. Here are the correct methods for cleaning gloves.

1. Pure cotton labor protection gloves may sometimes shrink during the cleaning process. Therefore, when you purchase a new batch of pure cotton gloves, you should use warm water from 40 ℃ to 50 ℃ during the cleaning process. Soak the gloves in warm water, and then take them to a cool and ventilated place to blow them 90% dry before ironing them with an iron. If the gloves you purchased can withstand a high temperature of 200 ℃ during the ironing process, you can use this temperature for ironing, which can make the gloves more beautiful and comfortable to wear.

2. Sometimes, during the cleaning process, labor protection gloves may fade, which is mostly caused by the use of highly corrosive cleaning agents. It is recommended to add some salt to warm water and use a non corrosive cleaning agent during cleaning. This can prevent fading and prolong the color of the gloves.

3. Good gloves can also be cleaned with a small amount of alum, which can keep their appearance clean and improve their durability.

4. When workers in different industries use labor protection gloves for work, the objects they come into contact with are different. For example, some welders often come into contact with rusty objects, and the gloves may contain a large amount of rust, making them very dirty. When cleaning these gloves, do not use force to scrub them at the beginning. The correct approach is to soak the gloves in warm water to remove any dirt, and then gently rub the gloves to clean them thoroughly.
